| 一、概述Outline |
|
CJ20系列交流接触器主要用于交流50Hz或60Hz，额定电压至660V(个别等级至1140V)，电流至660A的电力系统中接通和断开电路及频繁地起动和控制交流电动机之用，并与热继电器或电子式保护装置组合成电磁起动器，以保护可能发生过负荷的电路。接触器负荷GB14048.4及IEC60947-4相关标准。
CJ20 series AC contactor is used in 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated voltage to 660V(individual grades to 1140V) 660A power system. Forr connecting and disconnecting circuit and fequent starting and control AC motors. Togeter with thermal relay or electronic devices become magrietic starter for protectioon ov-erload circuit. Contactor confirmed with GB 14048.4 and IEC-4 related standards. |

1、周围空气温度：周围空气湿度不低于-5℃，不高于+40℃，日均值不超过+35℃最低贮存温度为-25℃，当周围空气温度高于+40℃或低于-5℃的场合由用户与制造厂协商。
2、海拔高度：安装地点海拔高度不超过2000m。
3、大气条件：大气相对湿度，在最高温度+40℃，日均值不超过50%，较低温度时可以有较高的湿度，如果湿月平均温度为+25℃，月平均最大相对湿度不超过90%并考虑到因温度变化发生在产品表面的凝露。
4、污染等级：接触器的使用地点的污染等级为3级。
5、安装类别：接触器的安装类别通常为第Ⅲ类。
6、安装条件：接触器按正常工作位置安装，安装面与垂直面的倾斜角度不大于±5℃。但供矿山井下用的接触器为安装面与垂直的倾斜度不大于5°。
1、Surrounding air temperature:The surrounding air temperature is not lower than -5℃,is not higher than +40℃,the average value does not surpass +35℃ lowest storing temperatures is -25℃. When the sur-rounding air temperature is higher than +40℃ or is lower than -5℃ situation consults by theuser and the factory.
2、Altitude above sea level: The installation site altitude above sea level does not surpass 2000m.
3、Atmospheric condition: Atmospheric relative humidity, when maximum temperature +40℃ does not surpass 50%, The low temperature to be allowed to have a higher humidity, if The wet average tempera-ture is +25℃, the averge maximum relative humidity does not surpass 90%. And considers the place of dew on the products surface.
4、Pollution rank: The pollution rank is 3 class in the place of using contactor.
5、Installs category: The installment category of contactor is ill.
6、Installs condition: The contactor according to the normal work position installment, the fitting su rface and the vertical gradient is not over ±5°，but the conta ctor which use for the mine mine shaft for thefitting surface and the vertical gradient is over 5°.

| 四、主要技术数据 Main engineering data

1、接触器的额定工作电压，额定工作电流等。额定工作制接触器适用于下述工作制。
2、八小时工作制。
3、不间断工作制。
4、断续周期工作制接触器在本工作制下的负载因数为40%， 按操作频率划分的级别为：CJ2010 CJ201601200级(即1200次/小时)CJ20250 CJ20630600级(即600次/小时)在不同电压和不同使用类别下的操作频率。
